2 bedroom, 1 bath unit at The Cove Apartment Homes. 1200 SF of living space with walk out balcony. Unit includes microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Washer/Dryer Connection. Salt water swimming pool. Fall line trace trail lies right next to the property with short walk to Columbus State University. No security based on credit history. An Admin Fee of 295 is required which is non refundable. We welcome your pets, however, there is an additional monthly rental charge of $25 per animal and an upfront fee animal fee of $197. We do not charge an additional deposit. We do have breed restrictions. Animals over 40lbs must be kept outside in a fenced area or kennel. If you have questions please call our office before applying!
