Management Unreachable
October 29, 2024Despite the promises of more staff, I have gone from rarely reaching the leasing office to radio silence. In fact, they were meant to change to a new leasing portal on 10/24. The old portal has been down since 10/11 and they only gave us 4 day advance notice to pay our rent before then. I had to call a sister property to get an answer about the portal issues, and I was told it would be up no later than 10/28, else we would receive communication from the leasing office on 10/29. No emails, no ...calls, there has been absolutely zero information given. And now the leasing office neither answers the phone nor returns calls.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Bad Management

Honesty from someone who lived here for 2 years
September 7, 2023Theres a couple pros and a lot of cons. The water area is nice, its close to a few things, maintenance is friendly and quick to fix anything that can be fixed, and its pet friendly. But cockroaches are a regular here during nighttime and ants come around during the summer. While this is a pet friendly area, other neighbors pets can be very loud. The apartments on the other side of the street from the water don't have washer dryer hookups, as well as no dishwasher. You're charged for pest control ...but I never saw pest control prevent anything or even come by to spray anything. Dog poop will sometimes not be picked up. I enjoyed my time here but it definitely is not worth the monthly rent compared to other apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 9, 2022The management team at The Cove were very easy to get in contact with and let me know as soon as a unit was available. 2 stars because of new owner/corporation
March 31, 2022Beautiful view. These were almost condem then restored. When previous property management had it it was a true joy. Now it is a disaster. Renewed lease then property manager said she made a mistake and they were not renewing. That was after two weeks had past. Not renewing anyone as they want to make them into luxury. Yet they are letting new renters in. Just a big mess.Property Manager Responded
