Poor management
March 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comLiving here has been really frustrating. There have been ongoing issues in the apartment with unauthorized guests staying all day, parking problems, extra utility use, and rules not being enforced. Multiple people in the house have brought these concerns up more than once, and management has still not handled it properly. It makes the living situation uncomfortable when shared spaces feel taken over and clear apartment rules are ignored without consequences. Communication has also been ...disappointing, because even after reporting the problems, nothing meaningful changed.
