March 31, 2026I have lived at The Cove for 8 months. During that time, I have felt secure and safe in my building. It is quiet and even though I hardly see any of my neighbors the hallways are just as quiet when I am home . There is easy access to the front and back of the building via elevators or stairways. My two dogs love Bare Cove walking park just a few minutes walk from my building. Having a major grocery store, retail shops and restaurants across the street is very convenient. The most outstanding ...feature of The Cove is its management team. They are as consistent in their outstanding customer service as they were when I first moved in. Any questions or requests that I have had during my 8 months here have been answered in less than 1hour and followed through within the day. They are all kind, professional and quick to help in anyway they can. March 3, 2026It has been a very enjoyable experience living at The Cove. I am a single women with two dogs and I have felt safe and feel my dogs are safe when I leave to go to work. The building is secure with only key access.My building is quiet and only occasionally do I hear or see others. People are considerate of their neighbors. The public park (dog friendly) is walking distance and connected to The Cove that allows off leash on odd days and on leash on even days. Most all users of the park are ...considerate pet owners. The Cove Customer Service support are efficient and friendly They are always there and quickly accommodating as they are on site and email any requests for any help with maintenance questions and solutions.
