December 5, 2025The Cove is seriously gorgeous! I mean, the views alone are worth it, and the landscaping is on point. Our place is super bright and modern, which we love. It feels fancy but also cozy! And the staff here? Seriously the nicest people ever. They've been so helpful with everything, from getting us settled to answering all our questions. Honestly, they've made moving in so much easier. We're still new here, so we haven't met many people yet, but so far, The Cove is pretty amazing. June 24, 2025I toured two other complexes in the area before I chose The Cove. Once I toured The Cove, I decided right then and there I would apply with them. The Cove is superior on all levels compared to the other complexes and it’s most out standing feature is its leasing team. I was fortunate to have Jared Klein as my tour guide. He is a friendly, kind, knowledgeable informative and professional leasing agent. The moving process is always stressful but Jared made it fast and efficient. His quick response ...to all my emails and his directions on getting through the application process made it much less stressful for me. His follow through to the end of the application process and after convinced me even more that I made the right decision to move to The Cove. The Cove is a superior complex with all the modern amenities along with super clean grounds and common areas. Other residents are friendly and are of all ages. The location is a 5 minute walk to groceries, restaurants and retail shops. Yet with all these great features, it is Jared Klein who was the deciding factor in my choosing The Cove. He represented The Cove to me on my tour and after you work with someone as kind friendly knowledgeable informative, and professional as him then you know you are in the right place.
