My wife and I have lived here for 3 months now and it is just the best. The staff is so nice and helpful!! The apartments are super cozy, and the area is well kept. They just put the pool furniture out and it looks sooooooo nice. 10/10 would recommend

Moved into the Cove at Allen Park. Drove 1200 miles from Florida to get here. So disgusted. Moved all the way up from Florida sight unseen and the apartment is not ready for us yet. Washer and dryer is in the middle of my 67 year moms bedroom. She has NO closet . We have NO shower. I spent 2’days in the car and need a shower. The faucet BROKE and the water won’t turn on or off all the way. The bathroom was moldy and not clean at all. You don’t rent an apartment with a washer and dryer without ...
a washer and dryer installed. We were told we could use the washer in the basement. I’m paying 75 dollars a month for the washer and dryer and my mom is 67. And we have NO BATHROOM. seriously wish I had never seen this place. The deadbolt is being held by a 3/4 inch piece of wood. The door is secure or safe and the downstairs main door does not lock when it’s closed. The photos lie about the complex. . The bathroom is about 50 years old and so is the scum on the floor. Maint said the washer won’t be installed until theb12th. Our furniture gets here on the 9th. My mom will have no closet. The APARTMENT IS NOT READY. The old electrical plates were left in the kitchen drawer. if I do not have resolution on Monday I will be reaching out to the news stations.
