August 5, 2025Since we've moved in back in 2022; The Cove has been making updates to their landscaping and pool areas which is an added bonus. Furthermore, they are improving the walkways with lights for those of us who like to take a stroll at night. No major complaints since we've moved here. Great area!Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2025Everything is excellent so far, except people putting and keeping trash in front of their door all day, which smells up the breezeway and makes it look tacky. And the breezeway needs to be blown out at least twice a week, but I will settle for onceProperty Manager Responded

July 26, 2025Quite nice here. Had one issue when I moved in with some weird people but other than that I've had a pleasant experience here. The area is decent, the people are usually pretty quiet, and the management is quick to resolve issues.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2025The only 2 issue is parking, too many non residents are parked at the apartments and people are walking their dogs without leashes. Hopefully these issues get taken care ofProperty Manager Responded
