    I hate the loud neighbors in this college town. I’m on the fourth floor and the ones below me really suck. It can be really annoying at night when I’m trying to watch a movie or be intimate with my girlfriend. It really sucks on weekends, playing until 3 in the morning.

    Dockside is a great apartment for Clemson students! It’s right on the lake and has a private bus to and from campus for you. There is also a wide variety of restaurants just downstairs from your apartment! No complaints so far!!

    Like it here. New room with a lake view is great, finally retail is opening up so there are places to eat and things to do. Would like if the brewery finally opened, or a place to grab a beer and watch sports and have some bar food
