Stay away
March 3, 2026Too many junk fees take base rent and add $300-$500 and thats before gas and electric God help you if anything breaks. Takes weeks for anything to be fixed. My AC went out in beginning June and it didnt get fixed till the end me my fiance and dogs had to sit in one room with a window ac they gave us because it couldnt cool down the apartment. Itwas 90 degrees in the building the whole time Currently my washer has been down for 25 days sent work order request nothing texted property manager ...nothing talked to maintenance man in person still nothing Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere elseProperty Manager Responded

This is to save someone else the grief I had to endure.
July 17, 2017This place was thee worst place to live. They will not work with you even if you are a long time reliable renter. They are rude, they stack fees on you with no explanation as to why you owe them. I lived there for 2 years, never missed a month of rent and was still treated with disrespect. They are expensive, but everything in them is cheap. Be warned, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before getting trapped in a lease here.Property Manager Responded

Great Community!
August 26, 2015I loved living at this community!! The repair man always helps me and my husband out whenever we need!! The manager is always super helpful, and is incredibly nice. The Cove at Overlake
July 30, 2015These are by far the best units in Tooele, UT but for the price of rent the amenities should be more reliable. The pool is constantly clised or not open when it says it should be, and access to the fitness center is limited by access to the pool. Nice apartments but they definatley need a better repair man and someone who knows how to maintain a pool. Parking is very limited however the sound transfer is non existent. I should also mention that part if the complex is still being built so it is ...an eye sore if you land an apartment facing the west.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
