Small, Outdated & Poorly Maintained

These apartments are small and the appliances are extremely outdated and inefficient. The buildings and grounds are poorly maintained. No real effort to retain good tenants. Exaggerated and unsubstantiated claims assessed such as “cleaning fees” added to your account. Dispute the claims and they are immediately sent to a collection agency and reported on your credit report.

I have had a wonderful experience living here at The Cove.. I love our fitness center here and love the option of the laundry facility for my larger loads! The resident events the office ladies put on are always a hit and I enjoy getting to know my neighbors. If you’re looking for a place in the area.. this is the place to be!

Disappointing. Movers werent even there yet the weekend we moved in, and skunk weed drug smoke came into our apt through the window and balcony. Cigarette smoke too. there was no communication from the "courtesy officer". We had no idea if anyone was on the situation, there was never any communication, though we could hear the knock on the door downstairs and the man laughing. Yes, you can hear the tenets below you. Another day, drug smoke was coming through the dryer vent onto my balcony. ...
This of course makes my balcony unusable and have to keep the windows closed. Then Easter weekend, with our windows closed, drug smoke was coming up our hot water heater closet - just like in our last apt complex.

I live in the Rushton floor plan. Love the space. Management. Jess and crew are pretty awesome. Mark has the I can attitude and always has a smile on his face. Ashley the assistant manager Is very logical and always has her door open. Maintenance staff is prompt at resolving all issues and it's nice maintenance makes our breaks a community. Only complaint I have is the noise with two large dogs that live above me that play at all hours of the night and morning. The office staff has ...

The Cove apartments are literally a cove by the lake hidden away form Nashville.What a comforting apartment for the area! The location is safe and safely tucked away from the rest of the hermitage area. Amazingly located next to the lake you are literally walking distance from Nashville shores a walk from Percy priest lake, meaning NO parking fees at the shores, if your like to spend your summers on the lake. But the amazing thing is if you love biking the bike trails that lead to the Music City ...
Greenway which is an awesome safe place for biking, running and walking your doggie friend. If you have to commute to down town the interstate ramp is no less than a mile away offing a central location for the city. The office staff is always happy to help with anything for package pickups to questions.Pool views are optional and a beautiful view. Grounds are always making improvements. The Cove at priest are truly a haven to come home to!
