February 15, 2026Many things to enjoy here at the Cove. PROBLEMS: To my knowledge Fairfield has kept the "marijuana addendum" to the lease, which requires me to override CA state law. So I am unable to sign a new year's lease. Please drop that addendum. Neighbors have been rude and inconsiderate.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2026The Cove at Tiburon is exactly what you want if you value peace, clean design, and a community that actually feels maintained. Living here has been straightforward in the best way — quiet mornings on the water, easy access to trails, and a layout that gives you space instead of noise. The grounds are kept in top shape, the gym is solid, and the pool area feels more like a boutique hotel than an apartment complex. Management is responsive without being intrusive, and maintenance gets things ...handled quickly. Parking is easy. Neighbors are friendly but not overbearing. And the views… they do a lot of the heavy lifting. You end up spending more time outside because the entire place is built around the Bay and the light. Overall, it’s a calm, well-run place to live — clean, scenic, and a major step up from the typical “luxury” apartment experience.Property Manager Responded

It's pretty much like a resort with water activities, hiking trails, gym,, etc. Love the community and feeling part of something more than just living in an apartment. New management seems to be doing a great job, maintenance crew is working hard, things are looking great. Biggest problem is with heating/cooling, maintaining proper temperature and humidity in the apartments, all influenced by direction and number of windows. Perhaps the apartments facing west could get ...more relief from hot sunny afternoons. Further, although the community is very dog and pet friendly, we need more dog areas, and fenced areas where dogs could run free.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Living
August 17, 2015If you are looking for the premier rental property in Marin county this is it .Granted it is the most expensive but worth every penny.For amenities we have 2 outdoor swimming pools and an indoor pool our own gym and a clubhouse and all this is with a setting on the water and our own marina but the real amenity is the apartments themselves.All completely brand new with quality appliances and the best of everything including are own washers and dryers .
