My wife, daughter, soon to be new born and I moved here the first week of March. We moved cross country from Washington State to make this move. With all things of that nature we did our research online from 2800 miles away and decided that what The Cove on 21st had to offer was the best choice via a "sight unseen option" for our move.
Under no circumstance were we disappointed! A 's all around! I will elaborate below.
Our concerns were;
1. Heat (temperature) since we were moving from a state
...that rains 30 inches of rain a month on average to a state that rains 30 inches of rain a year. I am happy to say that our apartment has a wonderful HVAC system in place with all digital controls that are easy to set and maintain. Our home stays as cool/hot as we wish without a second thought on our parts. My pregnant wife REALLY appreciates it!
2. Our research showed that a lot of places, and the state in general, "seems" to have a bedbug (or ant, bugs, etc.) issue. Yet, The Cove on 21st had all our fears covered even before we arrived! They have recurring checks with exterminators that check the property constantly. Any issue, question or concern has been met with an immediate response from the staff here. Other than "nature" we have no issue what-so-ever with any type of insect, and again are pleased with our choice to reside here.
3. Location, location, location! Moving to a city where we knew absolutely nothing about where to be, The Cove on 21st seemed ideal from our place in Washington. Once we arrived in Waco, Texas we were impressed at first (Totally still feel like a tourist discovering new places and sights every day lol) with how easy it was to find The Cove and how CENTRAL it is to everything anyone could ever need. 3-8 minutes by a car and you are literally ANYWHERE you need to be! So glad we made the choice to move here!
4. Price/Cost. Ok, this one is generally everyone's main concern! Ours as well. They have and continue to be putting money into these apartments on updates, renovations and general upkeep. Staffed with very nice, friendly and prompt maintenance individuals, office/leasing staff that is TOP NOTCH, and not to mention, the events for residents they have here, all of this made us wonder/fear about the cost of living here at The Cove on 21st. Those worries were VERY, VERY unfounded. For the cost/benefit of living here, this place is worth every "little" penny that we spend. The rates are incredibly low for the value that is offered.
