Apartment went downhill after management group changed
April 26, 2023
Got a package that was delivered on March 18, after raising the issue of package not found in the mail room. The management took 2 weeks to review, even following up everyday with them, they try to dodge any answers towards my package missing question. However they said they reviewed the footage and didn't find anything, I mentioned that I would also want to review the footage, since the package was delivered and can see the package position clearly in the mail room right under the camera. I ...
told them if you could see the package then it is extremely easy to track down who exactly stole me package. They gave an ridiculous reply saying it was a very tedious process despite taking two whole weeks with me following it up almost everyday and refuses to let me check the footage, and they also stated that they DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH MY PACKAGE STOLEN ISSUE, and just want the police to take care of it. What The management of this apartment seems to went downhill after Bozzuto left and was taken by ReinholdResidential. I have never had any issues or have to deal with package loss from Bozzuto for a whole year, but merely 2 month they took over this place, there is package loss already and they don't seem to care enough.

Crane is a great place to live. The convenience of having restaurants, coffee shops, & a rich East Asian culture in walking distance is unbeatable. The views of the city from your window is a plus. No issues with maintenance or the upkeep of the property.

Best place I've Ever Lived

I called around to several places and none of them were as friendly as Ashley and Satta. Ashley answered all of my questions and was so freaking nice I signed a lease straight away. You would think cause of philly that this would fade after you sign ? Nope! From the day i moved in til the day I left - they were always annoyingly this freaking nice haha. Prices are great - the foortop deck sells it for sure. Maint does a great job - their head of Maint is great even tho I gave him a hard time. ...
Find another place in philly with friendly staff and good prices and with gorgeous apartments and the lowest utilities costs ever. I will wait. Loved this place so much I might even move back!

I love my apartment. Lots of natural light and high ceiling windows. The staff is supper friendly and always willing to help. They really make you feel as though you are coming home and I love the little monthly activities. I've dealt with property managers that were awful and never returning your call or message. But the staff here takes accountability serious and they always return your message at least within 24 hours. The property staff and the building is truly great!!!
