High Crime and Drugs
May 23, 2024This apartment complex is horrible. The neighbors smoke pot and it comes in through your AC vents. Our vehicle was stolen once and 2 more attempts after that in a 5 month period. The gates rarely work. The "security guard" even stated the crime in the complex has increased since October. If you bring any of these issues up to management they tell you it is not happening. Really! They will just keep telling you over and over that they are a low crime area and send you a link to statics.Property Manager Responded

New in town
November 6, 2022Very nice leasing office. I moved from out of state and they walked me through just about everything to get me started. They took the time to make sure i understood everything. When i got here and met them they were just as friendly. Even answered questions about shopping and helping me find things easily around me. Any question or issue i had was quickly answered and fixed. The community is fairly quiet. Barking dogs but not bad like a normal neighborhood. Cute little kids running around. QUIET AND GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!
November 19, 2021I've lived here almost 5 years It's a quiet and comfortable apartment complex to live in. It is an older community so things will need to be repaired as they come up. When something does happen, they try to rectify it immediately. The grounds are consistently kept clean and neat. The office staff which consist of Jamie, Rosie, Jessica, and Jasmine are always friendly and helpful (especially since I have a mobility issues). Home At Last!
February 2, 2020I had been living in a 60 year old house in Flower Mound for many years, the plumbing was always bad, but on January 9th the plumbing broke so badly that the place was flooded! So needless to say I needed a place fast! Luckily I found The Creek At Brookhollow on line! Came in 5 days later, received OUTSTANDING and very Efficient help from ROSIE, and within 8 days {Thanks to Rosie} I moved in to my beautiful {brand new} apartment! September 20, 2015I moved here after my divorce with absolutely no furniture. Just my clothes and my truck. I'm on Social Security, so now that I am alone with a daughter, I had to work part time just to make ends meet. The complex where i live were kind enough to allow me to pay my rent on the 3rd of each month which is the day i get my social security payments. I have been at peace since I moved here and look forward to trying to get off of social security and get my life back after my abusive divorce. Ive never ...been happier in my life and I am just thankful for the littlest things in life! I have a one bedroom, one bath apt and if anything goes wrong, they are quick to fix and take care of it. Creek at Brookhollow Apt
July 31, 2015I moved to the Creek at Brookhollow from Virginia three and a half years ago and it's been home ever since. The mangement, leasing and maintenance staff are great. Emergency work orders are responded to immediately even after hours. The schools are great in the area and I enjoy the quietness where I'm located. Two thumbs up!Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015I sign a year lease with these apartments: worst mistake I ever made. The management and staff suck. They will put you in the worst situations, I left my key once at the fitness center and lost then they locked me out my apartment knowing I had no key bc I asked for another one. Was locked out at night after coming home from work with my 3month old. I was out of water, milk and diapers everything was inside my apartment I went to the office the next day and got a reaction as if I was over ...dramatic about this. It took two weeks to get a key, took a week last summer to get my ac fixed. No hot water and everything is falling apart can't wait to leave.
