I loved the creek at forest hills. The team here was so amazing and accommodating! The maintenance was super fast, and the office and leasing agents were always there whenever I needed ANYTHING at all. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, affordable, and comfortable living situation.

Neighbors mind their own business in a good way and it gets real quiet at nights. U just hear the owls in the woods. It feels very secluded like you are out of the city but still in a good location where it’s convenient to travel. Airport isn’t far. Food is close. Costs are affordable. We have lived out here going on close to six years. We have seen alot of property managers and maintenance teams leave. But the property manager's and the maintenance team we have here are truly the best at what they do. We have never had an issue with any types of roaches or any other bug's. They have pest control comes through here at least three times a year that i have seen, maybe more I'm not sure. When we have to put in a work order it is done within the same week. If it is an emergency ...
they come out the same day. Not to many places we have lived moves that fast including if it's an emergency. Things like this and many other's is why we signed our lease for another year making it six years. Just moved in and I am really enjoying it here. All my neighbors are great. Staff are friendly, helpful and quick to solve any issues. This is an older complex with new owners who seem to really want to fix things. They are going to paint all the outside of the buildings and Logan, the grounds keeper is tops!! I have never lived anywhere where the garbage areas are kept so consistently clean!!! That’s kind of like a restroom at a restaurant! Oh, and I love all the trees!!
