    I'm moving in once the second phase is built and I cannot express how excited I am for this apartment!! Shelby and Derek have both been phenomenal to me and my roommate, giving us tours and answering all of our questions incredibly quickly! They've made me feel so welcome and like a wanted part of the community. While it is a more expensive apartment complex, it more than earns that price with the quality of the apartments, the amenities, and the staff. I've genuinely never been this excited to ...

    My husband and I have lived here since November and we both love it. I’m home alone often due to his job and I feel incredibly safe here. Everyone is super nice both staff and neighbors.

    I love it. This is a gorgeous property with caring and professional staff. Everything is so clean and cared for, it feels like a hotel when you are in the shared spaces. The location is convenient and you won't find a better leasing agent than Derrick, nor a better property manager than Shelby. The questions I had before I signed and then after I arrived, were promptly answered. But more than that, the staff takes time to get to know you. I can't remember the name of the gentleman in charge of ...
    maintenance,I think Jason, but he is kindness itself and takes pride in his work. Come move in if you are looking for a great apartment in Springfield.
