    Where do I even start? Arnie, Venetia, and the entire maintenance team are absolutely incredible! They are a major reason I decided to stay at The Crescent. As someone living alone, having a safe environment, excellent amenities, a great leasing team, and an exceptional maintenance team is essential—and this team goes above and beyond to meet those needs. When I recently moved into a new unit that had been vacant for a while, I encountered several issues: the microwave wasn’t working, the ...
    apartment was drafty, the garbage disposal was malfunctioning, my bedroom curtain/shade was stuck, and I even saw a spider. I submitted my requests over the weekend and by first thing Monday, Venetia was already on top of things. She tackled the garbage disposal, assessed the microwave, inspected the draft in my bedroom, and arranged for pest control to address the spider issue. Arnie, as the maintenance manager, took the lead in coordinating the larger fixes. By the end of Monday, he and Venetia had the curtain/shade working again. Arnie also found a draft stopper for my door and made sure a replacement microwave was ordered. Today, Arnie and another team member worked together to install the new microwave and ensure everything was in perfect working order. The teamwork and communication between Arnie and Venetia were exceptional. Venetia’s efficiency, attention to detail, and proactive approach ensured nothing fell through the cracks, while Arnie’s leadership and expertise kept the process moving smoothly. They both played a crucial role, and it’s clear they all take pride in their work. Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. Arnie, Venetia, and their team are kind, personable, skilled, and incredibly efficient. A maintenance team can make or break an apartment complex, and this team is an absolute treasure. I hope The Crescent recognizes their value and does everything possible to keep them!

    Fantastic move-in experience with this property. The online ratings really match the experience of living here. Perfect location that is walkable to many things and close to work. The hallway/unit is quiet and neighbors are friendly, there are always several monthly events as well. The leasing office staff are the best in Baltimore!

    My experience thus far has been very disappointing. First, I signed a lease and was told that it was fine to move in on a Sunday, and that the office was open after noon. Luckily, I called a week before moving, which prompted the office staff to communicate that the office is NOT open on Sundays, and I would have no help, or guidance on where to go or what to do. Until now, no one has come to observe the apartment with me, check on the issues, or offer help/acknowledge the poor experience I am ...
    having. On moving in, the AC did not work. The shower was clogged, one of the sinks was clogged, there were indentations in the walls, and one of the bedroom lights was out. The filter indicator on the refrigerator was also red, indicating the filter needing changing. Since being here, I have been notified of many packages, 4 of which are nowhere to be found. My remote to the garage does not work, and my key fob occasionally does not open the gym door. The coffee machine does not have any options for drinks that have milk in them. It just feels... cheap. Lazy. Half done. Positive remarks: The little 2 person maintenance team (one male one female) is EXCELLENT. Despite the number of problems, they came back time and again to fix the issues with the apartment. They were apologetic, and acknowledged that this should not have happened. The building is very clean. The ButterflyMX app is very convenient. The door attendants are very friendly. The cleaning people are friendly as well.

    Excellent amenities and staff. It is a luxury to have a concierge 24/7 who also sorts packages and places them in a secure location. What a privilege! All the staff are so friendly and kind. Betina went out of her way to help make our move-in day smooth.
