Had a wonderful time during my stay at The Crest Pleasant Hill

I want to really thank Rosalyn and Stephen (management team) and the maintenance team (I am sorry I don't know your name...) of the Crest Pleasant Hill. During my stay (around 2 years) at the Crest, the management and the maintenance team have been very responsive, understanding and polite.
For example, one day, Rosalyn saw me trying to move something very heavy. She instantly offered me to use the dolly in the leasing office. Thanks to her help I could move the thing which I would never been ...
able to do with just my hands.
Also, my neighbor was having party late at night and I filed a complaint to Stephen and he took care of the issue and solved it right away. I did not hear my neighbor playing loud music at night afterwards.
Maintenance team is wonderful as well. I have yet to see an issue the maintenance team could not solve and he was always polite and very good at his jobs from replacing the broken shower and bathtub sprout to replacing batteries for the smoke alarm.
All of the staff members were very kind and nice! I consider myself very fortunate to have met such a wonderful team and I really enjoyed my stay at The Crest. It's a shame that I had to move from the Crest because I have transferred to a far away university.

I am very happy I found The Crest for my family’s new home. My experience was easy from leasing to the move in. The leasing team was very responsive with all my questions. The Hot tub and pool is our favorite so far. Having two pools is great. We love it here.

The property is filthy and has a roach problem, garbage collection is a frequent issue. On-site maintenance is an advertised amenity but as far as I'm aware there is only one active maintenance person on staff. My washing machine is having issues so I put in a work order at the beginning of the week. I still haven't received time when the work will be done. Me and my roommates got locked in our apartment due to a faulty door handle and received no help for over an hour. It took 3 or 4 calls for ...

I have been living at Northridge for 7months and it has just been great! Location is amazing, price is great, love the garage and response from the team is always timely! We have had no issues since moving in, we looked at the location, fell in love and signed the lease a week later. The layouts of the apartments are just beautiful!
