BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!!!! I applied and paid all the fees and they ghosted me until the day before I was supposed to move in. Approved me but never sent a lease to sign. I called and emailed over and over! Their support team eventually sent me a survey (obviously I didn’t leave a raving review) and they reached out to rectify. I had to find another place to live (since I never heard from them and didn’t have a lease signed or a welcome letter until ONE DAY before my move-in) the support team ...
advised they would help in any way. All I requested was they cooperate with my bank to get my fees refunded, which they did not. Nearly $600 for them and an immense amount of stress and anxiety for me. Do not be fooled by the nice tours, they are unorganized, unprofessional and I would never ever recommend this place.

Needs to be more done about people not picking up their dog waste and keeping them under control even on leashes. And roaches. While my apartment was serviced 2x, roaches continue to revisit. IMP every apartment should be treated on a regular basis

I would recommend Crosby. They only thing that made it not have a 5 is the amount of animal/pet wast that was constantly on the sidewalks, surrounding areas, and common spaces. This was just gross to have to walk around or while taking groceries inside the apartment accidentally stepping on and then bringing that into your personal space.
