MANAGEMENT SLAYSSSS
February 7, 2024I love this place so much! I have been living here since October! The new management is so lovely and willing to help with anything you could possibly need. I love all the nice maintenance workers and office team members but Rob by far has to be my favorite! Every morning my friend and I are always greeted by a lovely smile and a "hope you have a great day" when we enter the office. The office has genuine and intelligent people who will become your best friends. Anytime we have had any issues ...with our apartment we have always had a speedy fix and the maintenance workers always help with a smile! Over all this place is a very nice place to live if you are mid 20's single like me or even apart of a family! This place feels like home with its Texas Hospitality.Property Manager Responded

Una decepción vivir acá
January 30, 2024Este condominio APESTA!! Ojalá pudiera no darles ninguna estrella. El personal del leasing y de mantenimiento son groseros. Tengo millones de cucarachas GIGANTES todo el tiempo dentro de mi departamento. Todo se daña muy fácilmente y a la hora de venir a arreglar tardan mucho tiempo o simplemente no vienen y ponen en el sistema que si arreglaron todo cuando es mentira. La poseta todo el tiempo bota agua y nunca la arreglan Se llevaron la lavadora de mi apartamento sin permiso y trajeron una nueva ...que no servía, súper cochina, mal olor y mi mold por dentro y duraron más de un mes en traerme una nueva! Son apartamentos con mucho olor a humedad. El área de la piscina da asco. Cada vez que queriamos disfrutar de la piscina el agua estaba verde con basura adentro y la parrilla no servía. En todos lados huele a Marihuana. Yo tengo dos niños pequeños y es difícil la hora de dormir porque tengo unos vecinos escandalosos y los del leasing nunca hacen nada! El mantenimiento en el exterior no es el mejor y ni hablar del servicio de la basura. Ha sido una experiencia negativa para nosotros y sentimos que ellos se burlan de las necesidades de uno como residente. Pero para cobrar la renta son una maravilla y llegan a tu puerta con groserías cuando ellos no mejoran sus fallas!! No volvería a vivir acá y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Ya no veo la hora de que se acabe el contrato de arrendamiento para irme!!! Si pueden evitar mudarse acá, no lo duden!!Property Manager Responded

Taking too long for service
May 26, 2023So I called in two weeks ago to get my front door checked because the issue I am having is they key won’t go in all way meaning I leave my door unlocked! When I called in for assistance they claimed they were going to handle, she even did an emergency service but maintenance has yet to come. Now I am in two weeks later, still nothing and I am still leaving my door unlocked when I leave which is sorta scary because you just never know what you come home to. Thanks maintenance for your service and ...also Crossing at Katy Ranch because you sure do know how to collect rent but not properly do your job.Property Manager Responded
