Pros: Overall, I enjoy these apartments. They keep the grounds maintained and the maintenance man is very kind. The food trucks are a plus and fun activity. My apartment was clean when I moved in and I have had no issue with appliances. The pool is fun and clean as well.
Cons: I wished the gates were kept closed after hours. I know the apartment is pet-friendly but I wish they would not allow dogs to bark excessively throughout the day especially the basset hounds and beagles whose barks ...
naturally echo. The trash man is spiteful. I accidentally got a trash violation for putting the bag outside without it being in the trash can and now he purposefully leaves our lid ripped off the can and on the ground. It didn’t happen prior to this.

Management is very responsive when we have problems, they are pretty updated and well kept! Do wish they were hardwood floors all over but not a tie breaker! The only complex we’ve been able to find that has a closed in patio which is great for pets!

I've lived at the Crossings at Milestone for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it. The apartments are clean and up to date. The staff is responsive, kind, helpful, and just overall amazing. I feel safe in the complex. Since moving to Pensacola, I lived in different apartments before, but hands down, this is the best apartment I've lived in here.

We like living here. 5 years and also Dwayne is the bomb maintenance guy! I appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds and the people yall use for the flowers, those ladies are awesome! Shannon is very nice and helpful.
