The Crossings has been much more than just an apartment rental. This is a wonderful community that is run by a superior management team and is kept clean and very well maintained by a great maintenance team. It is a welcoming, friendly place that is truly pet friendly. I found it to be safe and well lit. The units are kept in stellar condition with a preventative maintenance program and very responsive maintenance crew when trouble does arise. Lenora, Sam and Katy in the office do an ...

exceptional job of creating a community while always being friendly, welcoming and professional. They routinely go above and beyond to help their tenants. Seasonal events and social gatherings as well as day to day interactions all help foster the sense of community here. Included extras that are a huge benefit are accepting packages at the office, 2 dog parks and numerous dog waste stations. I highly recommend The Crossings to family, friends and strangers as a wonderful place to call home in Chico.

I lived here for about a year and a half after losing my home in Paradise in the Camp Fire. The grounds are immaculately kept, I felt very safe as it was well lit at night and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Kerrie and Lenora are top notch and you couldn’t ask for better managers. Sergio and his maintenance staff are quick to respond to any requests and are friendly and professional.
