    The apartments have definitely moved up since I lived there they are a lot nicer and they are kept clean throughout the halls. And the staff is friendly.

  • Bugs and no porch

    December 13, 2023
    They've raised the prices since they took over (Snuck in alot of additional "fees" for the exact same things we were Already paying for). There are roaches everywhere... Even if you are a clean person, treat the apartment regularly, and do everything to prevent them- they'll find you. They also took all of the porches recently, so now it's 50 square foot less personal space to enjoy and you're just stuck inside.

  • bugs bugs and more bugs

    i have lived here for a year and it was fine to start with, but the whole building has roaches and i dont just mean the bug kind. the smell goes through our entire apartment every morning and every night and its hard to keep our doors and windows open. neighbors are loud as can be at all hours of the night even with "noise ordinance" put in place. they hardly spray for the bugs they already have and all and all its just an awful place to live. if i could rate it no star i would...definitely ...
