So many memories
March 21, 2023I grew up in these apartments since I was just a few months old. I may be biased, but I've never seen any major problems with our apartment, besides the fridge going out five years ago. The management is friendly and understanding, and the balcony view on the top floor is very calming. The Staff is also quite lenient with the max pet weight, the 60 pounds just has to be the average weight of the animal, not the overall weight, so you don't have to worry about dieting your dog to keep your home. ...The plaza next to it is lovely, and there's an elementary school about ten minutes away by foot. Not THE ONLY RATINGS
November 19, 2021The management team here is inexperienced, HUGE lack of communication (never respond) and all around provide poor service. They will never respond to your request, if they do it's never followed through. The maintenance is poor as well, mice problem is ongoing and I just moved here recently. I have asked the property manager multiple times to have steel plates installed and no action is ever taken place. The property manager is almost never there and even if she is, the request is never ...fulfilled. The website show a positive overall rating but there are multiple websites that show very poor rating. Nothing has changed. I had to pay out of pocket for pest control. February 14, 2020I've been a resident 3 years, it's a quite place. I moved here for the grounds I have a dog and I love the low key wooded area. September 4, 2018My 1 year stay there I had a mice problems ckroaches coming into my apartment from the front door ,during the winter time your pipes will freeze in ill take a day for the maintenance people on the site to come to your apartment they are not reasonable at all if you lose your job and you tell them in 3 weeks you'll have the month rent Plus back pay they will take you to court the only thing that is great about that apartment is the Hot water and the balconyReview from Apartments.com
Very bad management
June 14, 2017Says it's a new management but it's worse. They pretend nothing is wrong with the apartment even if it's falling apart. Parking is terrible. A lot of cockroaches and rats. Cops/SWAT teams comes in at least twice a month. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AREA!! Would never recommend and if you're looking into living here, ASK the people living here already for their opinions. September 13, 2017We regret that you feel that way, but fortunately that is not the feelings of the overwhelming majority of our tenants. Maintenance requests our always attended to, and we have contracted exterminators. Most of our recent apartment turns our being upgraded with brand new floors, kitchens and bathrooms. They are a pleasure to see, and we hope you'll want to come by to check it out, and chat with some of our tenants. If you do have an issue, we welcome you to our office to talk with our on-site manager, and he will be very willing to help in any way he can.

Simple apartments

The apartments are not well kept, they over charge for everything and from what I have seen and heard, management doesn't care for the tenants in any way, shape or form. Stay Away!
August 17, 2015These apartments are tolerable for people planning to only stay temporarily. The owners of these buildings don't keep up on maintenance. They add extra fees every month then threaten eviction if you don't pay. It took over 6 months to get an exterminator in here for bed bugs and then they went ahead and charged all the tenants 2000 dollars for it. Stay away if you can help it!
