        I had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment, especially considering it is marketed as a luxury property. My upstairs neighbors were consistently noisy, often late at night, and the office did not help me resolve the situation despite multiple complaints. Additionally, residents were offered incentives to leave positive reviews, which makes it hard to trust the overall ratings. Communication from the office overall was frustrating, as responses were slow or nonexistent when concerns were raised. They did not pick up my phone calls many times. When I moved out, communication was especially poor. One staff member told me that if I moved out earlier than my lease ending date, my rent could be prorated and refunded, so I planned around that information. Later, she corrected herself and said that was not true. Mistakes like that should not be happening, especially at a luxury property. When I moved out, I was charged a cleaning fee, which felt unfair given that I had hired my own cleaning services before returning the apartment over. In another review, you can see that they charge residents for similar move-out items. This is concerning, especially since in California, properties are not supposed to charge tenants for normal wear and tear. Being charged a cleaning fee under these circumstances felt unreasonable with what renters should expect. Overall, this apartment did not live up to its luxury label, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

        I have lived here since the summer of 2021 and I still enjoy my time here, the pool, the gym, even the community events, make this place feel like I'm home. This place is cozy and family friendly. And there are lots of places within walking distance to shop and eat.

        Paying the price of a fully loaded apt that doesn’t have the amenities or services advertised within the complex, no car wash, resident lounges or entertainment rooms (game rooms) aren’t available, no community laundry rooms, and a multi level garage that you will be charged for and event rooms that you will be charged to book including hourly charges, management is not helpful at all.

        Only good thing about living here- they have new appliances, pick-up trash service(which included in rent) and clean community(because it's new). That's it. I didn't get to use any amenities due to on-going construction and covid, so I can't review on that. The walls here are SO THIN! Paper thin that you can hear the foot steps/TV/music noise from your neighbors through the ceiling and all walls. And my experience with the management- not good. The manager makes you feel stupid if you ask ...

        I have lived here for 6 months now. Everything is nice and so are the neighbors. Management has never been rude ever. If anything they go out of their way. They even host monthly events within the complex. Yes there is still construction, but that was obvious before moving in and they even gave a construction bonus gift card after move in to compensate for it.A Lot of the amenities are closed, but that's due to covid, not just here, but everywhere.

        I love my new apartment. A big thank you to the management staff for making this move go so smooth. Skyla was awesome at explaining the expectations of moving into a new community and helped me get set up with the community app (so cool). I had lots of questions and everyone in the leasing office was very helpful. My neighbors are all really nice and this community definitely feels like home. Love, Love Love it!!!

        We moved in after being lured by new buildings, good move in deals, and a construction bonus. The complex is beautiful, but it was made so quickly and cheaply that you can hear through the ceiling and all walls. During the move in management is rude and unwelcoming. Ontop of that, all amenities are behind schedule or closed. For the amount you spend a month, you’re better off finding a house.
