Additionally, there has already been a water pipe break, further highlighting poor construction and maintenance standards. Parking: The parking situation is another sore point. They charge $75/month for an outdoor spot and $125/month for what they call “garage parking.” However, this “garage” is essentially just covered parking under the building with open ends—it’s misleading and overpriced. Noise Levels: The building’s proximity to a train crossing is a major issue. The train horn and crossing gate alarm are loud and disruptive at all hours of the day and night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Management: While the super is amazing and responsive, it feels like the owners are more interested in profiting from tenants than providing a livable environment.
