May 30, 2025I moved in my apartment last Friday woke up in the middle of the night to find little roaches carrying around. I contacted the leasing office and they sent someone out right away. I appreciate the swift response but to say the least I wasn’t pleased.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2025Extremely Disappointing Move-In Experience From the moment we arrived, the apartment was in unacceptable condition. We immediately noticed a serious cockroach infestation, especially in the kitchen, which also had a strong, unpleasant odor. The bathroom sink area was wet and showed clear signs of water damage. The balcony was filthy and unpainted, giving it an unfinished appearance. To make matters worse, the apartment we were given looked nothing like the unit we were shown during the tour — a ...clear bait-and-switch. Additionally, all the stairs are located outside, which made moving in extremely difficult and inconvenient, especially with all the items we had packed. Overall, this experience was frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, or honestly represented place to live.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2025It’s quiet, but they could do better with maintenance. I’ve lived here for about two weeks now, and upon moving in I was told I would have a new dishwasher, and a few things will be fixed that we noticed during the walk-through none of those things were fixed. My maintenance request was canceled out and I still have no new dishwasher But I love how quiet is and how people mind their businessProperty Manager Responded

April 6, 2025I've lived at this residence for a while, and there are definitely some pros and cons. On the positive side, the location is great—I'm very close to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping centers, which makes everything super convenient. The complex itself is quiet, and I rarely deal with any noise issues. I’ve also never had any problems with my neighbors, which has made for a peaceful living experience. That said, I’ve had ongoing issues with leaks in my apartment, and it’s been a constant ...source of frustration. Despite the peaceful environment, the maintenance problems take away from the overall experience. I really wish the property management would address these issues more effectively because the location and community have so much potential.Property Manager Responded
