Let’s start with the fact this apartment complex went through 4 owners in the 2 years of living there! Due to this fact, the community suffered greatly from maintenance always being delayed and lawn care was abysmal!!! The breezeway lights have been out for months across the community making it dangerous for nightly walks to your own apartment. lease because they wanted to renovate our unit but made us reapply to transfer to another only to deny us and force my wife and I to seek shelter somewhere else! Another reason to not move here, is if you work at Spectrum. Rent includes a decent cable and internet package, but it’s not optional so if you work at Spectrum and gets your services free, you won’t get to take advantage here! Speaking of unavoidable fees, they force a valet trash service on you where a very rude guy comes out on Sunday nights and takes away your trash that sits in the breezeway and makes it stink! They forced us to use their washer and dryer even when we asked to use our own, they refused to remove the rented ones!
