Tolerable but no where near great or good. It feels like issues go unresolved and the street noise (not your fault) is god awful. Also the lack of parking is ridiculous

Conveniently located, well maintained, and nicely updated community. The grounds are nice with thoughtful touches like a dog park, playground, and well placed trash cans. The amenities like the clubhouse and pool are very nice as well. The biggest highlight has been the staff. Everyone I have interacted with has been polite and helpful. Management was great with my unexpected need for a quick move in (after another community wasn't up to snuff). They also followed up to see if I have needed ...
anything after I moved in. The maintenance/ground crews are friendly as well! I would absolutely recommend to this community to anyone looking in the Olympia/Lacey area!

The move-in experience was great. Caitlin and Melissa helped me with getting all the move items completed. Hunter helped with all the maintenance which were required after doing the move-in inspection. The apartment location is also great with Safeway close-by. A peaceful community to live in.

Great gated community. Very safe. Kind neighbors. Fun pool and community club and a great gym. Perfect for squirrel watching with a nice trail to the nearby park. We are even lucky enough to hear frogs most of the year from the nearby pond.

Beautiful landscaping and wonderful leasing office gals. Maintenance is always on top of things and very respectful. The resident events are always fun and well executed.

Great staff, nice apartments. Parking needs to be addressed through higher management. Would be nice to see washer and dryers upgrades as you have to dry clothes 2-3 times and runs power bill up.
