June 24, 2025I’m new to Washington and came from Germany, excited to experience the Tacoma area. After touring eight properties, The Dakota stood out as the most notable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and safe. Caitlin H. provided a thorough and personalized tour, making the application process seamless and stress-free. Since moving in, I’ve enjoyed the quiet, secure environment and the convenient location, which is near Walmart, Costco, and Home Depot. Caitlyn P. was beneficial with the move-in ...process, quickly addressing minor maintenance needs, and Hunter came out within hours to fix everything. The Dakota is beautiful, well-maintained, and ideal for military families, just 20–30 minutes from JBLM and 10 minutes from Lacey’s shopping areas. June 5, 2025Really great place! Lots of cool amenities like a nice workout/gym area & a hottub/swimming pool! Also a billiards table inside. Love that there isn't any fee to pay rent online through the app. Parking is scarce sometimes but they do have carports & one is assigned to you.Property Manager Responded
