By and large, Im very pleased with living at the Avana Druid Hills, neighbors are very friendly , staff/ management are equally friendly and they work very hard, everyone seems to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. The community is clean, quiet and has a peaceful feel. Plenty of parking.

From the very beginning of my moving here I have enjoyed this property. I've seen several different management groups. Name of property change. Gated not gated. New maintenance crew. Different rental office.. None of these things were bad,, because it didn't affect the atmosphere, which i love.. Another thing i love about this property is the friendliness of the residents and it has always been peaceful regardless of the obvious changes.

Given what rental payments are, the quality of outside maintenance is not worth the price. Stairwells/ Upstairs and down. are dirty, never cleaned, full of cob webs and hornets nests. This has never been the case.
