April 28, 2022From the very beginning of my moving here I have enjoyed this property. I've seen several different management groups. Name of property change. Gated not gated. New maintenance crew. Different rental office.. None of these things were bad,, because it didn't affect the atmosphere, which i love.. April 20, 2022Hands down one of the most smooth and friendly working processes I’ve experienced. Currently, as a contractor at Hana Contractors, Avana Druid Hills is the best place work with. Specially the property manager, Summer is always cheerful and amazing. Leasing consultant, Tina and maintenance team are also very awesome! I definitely can tell that they provide professional level services because I always see they are on point with keeping their residences on the top priority.
