    This apartment community is a great place to live. I have been here for two years and can't imagine living anywhere else. It's conveniently located and the price is right. But more importantly, management is the best. Brenden and Wayne go above and beyond to help the tenants. I personally have been the recipient of their kindness, and I can't thank them enough.

    I heard that they are terrible, but the management has been real good and helpful. The new management knows what there reputation was. And from what I have seen; they are trying to correct it. they have sprayed twice in just a month without me saying anything ( did not need to ). Replace a oven and stovetop that was having problems. Give them a try, it may surprise you.

    The new manager is awesome, always willing to listen and do whatever he can to help, even helped with the laundry room renovation when most managers wouldnt. Parking could be better BUT he was able to finally get the parking lot fixed in one day and make it better for everyone. The apartments get sprayed once a month, so i have never seen bugs or mice anywhere. I came grom a place with bed bugs and bigs bad and when i moved i got all new stuff and because they already keep the apartments so ...

  • Do not move here!!!!

    Management literally pays tenants to write positive reviews but I'm here to tell the truth. These apartments are infested with bedbugs and the problem has been around since before I moved in. I was forced to throw away all my belongings. On top of that, we went 3 months without A.C or hot water and I have 2 young children!! The new management is not only rude, they consistantly start drama and treat you unfairly. Roaches and rats are a problem too. Save your money and belongings and look ...
