January 30, 2025Living in this apartment has been an incredible experience. From the moment I moved in, I’ve appreciated the comfortable space, the sense of privacy, and the convenience of having everything I need within reach. The layout is perfect, making it easy to relax or focus when needed. The neighborhood has also been a huge plus, offering a peaceful environment while still being close to stores, restaurants, and other essentials. One of the things I’ve enjoyed most is the sense of independence and ...freedom that comes with having my own place. Whether it's unwinding after a long day, hosting friends, or simply enjoying a quiet morning, this apartment has felt like home. The maintenance and management have also been reliable, making living here stress-free. January 21, 2025Nice place. Rooms are nice and decently spacious. Soundproofing isn't perfect between rooms, but with doors closed it isn't really an issue even if someone is playing music. You'll hear it in the common area, but whatever. A tad confusing to walk around in.Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2024I have enjoyed staying at the Davy. It is very convenient to everything and walking distance to campus. The rooms and appliances are new and nice. The courtyard and the weight room are great amenities as well.Property Manager Responded

December 18, 2024This is a chill place to live. There is no guest parking which is a down side to living in the apartment. Convenient living to a food hall which is helpful for a late night snack.Property Manager Responded

We do understand how having very limited amount of guest parking spaces can be frustrating, but we always want to ensure we are giving our parking spaces to our residents first as those spots are also limited.
