March 26, 2026I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a big difference. I especially appreciate the amenities—they’re modern, convenient, and add a lot of value to everyday living. Absolutely terrible place
August 20, 2021The majority of the apartments have a mold problem, the appliances are very low quality and the customer to is the worst I've ever experienced. My apartment flooded from a leak upstairs, took 2 days for them to stop the leak and that's all they did. Don't trust this place
May 26, 2021This complex recently transitioned into new ownership. Since then they went up on the rent, they continuously change fees and add fees. The complex has a very high police call volume. The only thing this place has going for them is that I-75 is located down the street and WalMart, which I don't even enjoy going to.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t do it!
October 15, 2020This is by far the worst apartments in Bartow county! I mean if you like black mold, random shootings, not getting anything maintenance at a reasonable time, getting things stolen by maintenance.. and so on then this is the apartments for you! I had black mold in the middle bathroom of my 4 bed 3bath apartments for over 7 months all they did was paint over it with spray paint which it grew through. My stove went out in the beginning of August And by September 30th when I moved out not one person ...came to look at it or replace it. I replaced over half the things on my maintenance request or fixed them cause it too over two months for a simple toilet to be looked at. January 16, 2020This place is infested with roaches, the security gates haven't worked in a long time. If you decide to not move there the management staff become rude and refuse to refund you $150 deposit. They all act so sketchy. Just stay away. May 23, 2018I have lived here for 5 years. Up until about a year ago it was a decent place to live. Change of management has not been good. The grounds are always littered. People do not pick up after their pets. The policy of dogs 30 pounds or less are not enforced. I am in the process of finding another apartment. I do NOT recommend this community if you care anything about cleanliness. Management leaves notices on doors about trash. picking up after your dog and leaving grills and toys in the ...breezeway, but it doesn't do any good. Don't waste your time
September 7, 2017Pissed I have to give this place a star at all been overcharged since I moved in. Went to court 3 times and nothing has been fixed they are crooks. I'm being charged 3 times for my washer & dryer over charged for rent since I move in december nothing is being fixed. Corporate doesn't answer for try to help. I was told to overpay and they will transfer the balance over. No credits have been issued for the money I overpaid for the past 10 months. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!! Trash always overflowed. Poor management
February 27, 2016If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not waste your time dealing with these people. They cannot seem to communicate with eachother, or send emails correctly. A whole month wasted dealing with them! Their website for submitting applications is glitchy. They want to keep your application money and say that you are over the deadline of one week to submit the application and that you should have gotten and email, but they never sent it.
