The majority of the apartments have a mold problem, the appliances are very low quality and the customer to is the worst I've ever experienced. My apartment flooded from a leak upstairs, took 2 days for them to stop the leak and that's all they did. The apartment smells like mold and mildew and the refuse to fix this issue.

This complex recently transitioned into new ownership. Since then they went up on the rent, they continuously change fees and add fees. The complex has a very high police call volume. The only thing this place has going for them is that I-75 is located down the street and WalMart, which I don't even enjoy going to.

I had black mold in the middle bathroom of my 4 bed 3bath apartments for over 7 months all they did was paint over it with spray paint which it grew through. My stove went out in the beginning of August And by September 30th when I moved out not one person ...
