Dealt with numerous issues here
May 12, 2025My husband and I lived here from 2022-2024. During that time, we dealt with a recurrent squirrel infestation of the kitchen. They entered the building through an opening in the roof to the kitchen pantry so they could eat our food. They were persistent enough to eat through packaging and Tupperware. To avoid losing money, we had to stop using the pantry for the last few months of our lease. We were lucky that during that time, they never found their way into other areas of the apartment. We spoke ...to property management in person about this and also put in service requests/emails. However my service request for this was cancelled and never resolved. We had other issues such as our AC often breaking, a bad german roach infestation that never truly went away, dog waste everywhere outside, and our trash not being consistently picked up by their previous valet company. At one point we were basically sharing our kitchen with roaches and squirrels. Since management has responded to a another review we left saying our squirrel infestation was not resolved due to need for an outside contractor, let it be known that this was never communicated to my husband and I. Our request for help was simply ignored. Regardless, hopefully this problem is ultimately resolved so that the next tenants don’t have to deal with the same thing we did.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2024Rent too high. Water bill is very high for tiny apt. with no washer included. It's outrageous to charge a monthly fee for having your rent posted online and paying online.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2024The complex is quiet for the most part and clean!! The staff is nice, work orders are completed in a tinely manner. I dont understand how there are no parks/play area for kids but there is dog parks. And there us not enough visitor parking at all.Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2024The process was great and smooth, only problem is when I moved in there were roaches. Idk if it was worse before I moved in. I’ve purchased my owns products to kill them off as I see them. It’s the only affordable place to rent in the area. In the future I will definitely do more research on renting. I’ve use ultrasonic waves to kill off what I can. Purchased traps, placed them down. I know I won’t stay here for long. 1 month update: I’ve never dealt with roaches until living here. Guys careful ...& strategic of renting here. 2 month update: I guess the roaches are here to stay. I’ve never dealt with this before. So if you move in, you’re moving into the roaches home. The office is aware and takes appropriate measures to take care of issues that arises. The pest issue though idk if it’s the company they work with but the effects after spraying has no effect whatsoever.Property Manager Responded
