Dealt with numerous issues here

My husband and I lived here from 2022-2024. During that time, we dealt with a recurrent squirrel infestation of the kitchen. They entered the building through an opening in the roof to the kitchen pantry so they could eat our food. They were persistent enough to eat through packaging and Tupperware. To avoid losing money, we had to stop using the pantry for the last few months of our lease. We were lucky that during that time, they never found their way into other areas of the apartment. to property management in person about this and also put in service requests/emails. However my service request for this was cancelled and never resolved.
We had other issues such as our AC often breaking, a bad german roach infestation that never truly went away, dog waste everywhere outside, and our trash not being consistently picked up by their previous valet company. At one point we were basically sharing our kitchen with roaches and squirrels.
Since management has responded to a another review we left saying our squirrel infestation was not resolved due to need for an outside contractor, let it be known that this was never communicated to my husband and I. Our request for help was simply ignored. Regardless, hopefully this problem is ultimately resolved so that the next tenants don’t have to deal with the same thing we did.
