I love it here
July 24, 2025Its great here, i love the apartments ;) the dog park its now clean! And love the vibes here. I just transfer to another apartment and a bigger one and just one issue, the AC wont work and they said it might take weeks to be fixed.. it’s awful since its summer, at least they borrowed a portable ac unit but not enough to cool the apartment. Hopefully its fixed faster… but from all that they make everything super smooth. Thank you! :)Property Manager Responded

Avoid it
May 1, 2025Leasing office is the laziest office I've ever seen, and the billing system is whack they will triple charge you for water and electric. Theres been dog poop on the ground inside building 3 where a leasing agent lives for at least 4 months now. I just keep waiting for the day when its finally picked up I would have done it myself by now ,but this is serious stuff; it requires a mop, etc. So gross!Property Manager Responded

Only Negative- Parking
February 28, 2025The apartment itself is wonderful. They are quick with maintenance request. Parking is definitely an issue. You have your pay for covered parking if you want to park near your home and work late. (Like past 6-7) Individuals park in the handicap parking with no repercussions. Towing is only enforced when it’s paid parking spots. As far as staff it’s a mixed vibe kind of depends on the day, but never an absolute horrible encounter.Property Manager Responded
