They are so shady
April 11, 2024Since I have moved in here, there have been nothing but problems with them. They have been throwing in extra fees that normal apartments don't do. They tried to charge us $55 for something that happened when we didn't even live there. They charge for 2 different trash services, which equals to $45 a month. Their maintenance team is terrible. Not only would they "complete" the work orders without actually coming to the place, after you put it in 5 times and then go to the office and make them come ...over, they mansplain and gaslight you into thinking there is nothing wrong, so they don't have to do work. Once, when someone actually did show up, they came into the apartment when no one was home and was snooping around my roommate's room. She has a camera in her room, so we were able to see it. He was supposed to be spraying the kitchen, but he was going into her room and bathroom, not spraying. We have lived here for almost a year and our A/C never was fixed, all we were told is we were on a list to get it sucked out but when we asked to see the list or where we were on it, they told us we couldn't know that. Our rent changed every month, and I am not talking about utilities. The rent itself changed every month, even when we were in a lease. They somehow double charged us for utilities and now are trying to get us to pay 2 months of utilities after we move out. I have never had so many problems with one place in my life. My partner also lives in this complex with their roommates. They had black mold in their unit and the front office didn't seem to care very much. They would have to go up to the office every day and try to get them to help because every time my partner and his roommates would clean, it would be back almost within a few hours. If you are looking to rent here, I would think again. There are many nicer, cheaper, more respectful complexes in the area.Property Manager Responded

Best place to live in MetroWest
July 28, 2023I wanted to take the time to appreciate the whole management at The Debra MetroWest. They are courteous and alway willing to help. Thank you all Taylor, Priscilla, Rosa, and Karen, and the entire maintenance team who works extremely hard in trying to keep the units and the shared areas in optimal conditions. All areas are well kept and clean. Landscaping is also well taken care of. Units are well maintained and to show how good they are they just checked everyone’s AC units this past June to ...ensure we are all in optimal shape for the summer. We have lived there at this apartment complex for almost 10 years and thus far this has been the best management company that we have ever had. Terrible
July 26, 2023Terrible communication from the leasing office. They don’t answer their phone or email. The front gates are always broken. My apartment had water damage in all the cabinets and when I complained all maintenance did was pain over it. They charge you for every little thing with all their hidden fees. I think it’s crazy that the washer and dryer aren’t included in the rent. They are $40 extra on your rent and when you ask them to be removed because you have your own washer and dryer they say no. September 29, 2022At First I Was Excited To Move To This Beautiful Area , But upon moving in (2021) I experienced having an air conditioning unit that completely turns off by itself once it reaches your desired ac temperature . It would be times I walk into my home and I check the ac and the humidity would say almost 85 degrees when I left my ac on 72 ? IF YOU LIKE QUIET , Please do not move here ! The walls are VERY THIN , You can hear your neighbors arguing .. This Place Does not have designated dog walking area ...so be prepared to smell poop every where you walk . The Gates to the apartment always breaks down when it is raining heavily so sometimes you have to go through the other gate ( which is always open) when were supposed to be paying for a gated Community . The management workers are amazing ! Especially ms Rosa ! She is amazing . Ms Taylor can be nice as well but only nice to the new tenants , once your there for a minute say goodbye to the nice and smiley property manager you've once spoken to. You would think that this property is very family orientated but the only time they reach out and send emails is to just remind you of their rules and regulations , I've lived at other properties across orlando and this property is the only one I've lived at so far that doesn't offer any kid friendly activities during the holidays or anything ! It Seems As if these people are just looking to fill up apartments instead of handling the basic needs for a happy tenant , People are blasting music at night time and they don't even offer 24 hour maintenance ! if you have a problem at home and need maintenance just don't bother calling after 6pm. March 9, 2021The complex has a lovely setting. Overall I like the townhouse. There are some minor issues that I'm still waiting to get fixed. I wish they used a better pest control company like Massey or Terminix, someone who could identify the large ants I have by sight at least and know how to effectively treat and prevent them. And I wish they kept the trash compactor area clean or one that residents could operate to dispose of their garage properly instead of leaving a mound of trash in front of it. ...Location is nice, near a lot of stores and activities yet still tucked off in a quiet scenic area.
