December 28, 2025For the price of this apartment, I do not think it is worth it. There is constantly work being done to the apartment that causes disturbances to daily living, including water shut downs for multiple days in a row and elevators being closed for weeks at a time when there are 22 floors in the building. Management can sometimes be slow to get ahold of. For this price, I think you can find much better. Wouldn’t really recommend.Property Manager Responded

Poorly maintained
December 9, 2025While the location and the rooftop amenity is second to none, I do not recommend living at The Deco long term. An elevator up to the residential units goes out for 24-48 hours 3-4 times a month, in addition the lone elevator to the basement (laundry, gym and other amenities) goes out of commission on a monthly basis. While neither are detrimental to living, they are a major inconvenience and do not justify the monthly rate charged by the deco. The front desk/doormen are second to none.
