    I love the neighborhood, the view from my apartment and that free coffee in the lobby! I like that i can take my trash out of my apartment every day, garbage shoot problems here! I love how close proximity I live to things that matter to me.

    I really enjoy being a part of this community. I feel like the building has done a really good job of maintaining its units and being timely about maintenance and repairs. Staff is very friendly and if you ever have an issue, they are super helpful. The only reason I would leave would be due to extreme rent increase. Otherwise, the location, facilities and staff would keep me here for a while.

    Living at the deco has been great! The rooftop with the beautiful view of the lake a skyline is incredible and the gym has what I need. Common spaces are always clean.

    Overall it was a smooth move in experience. The front desk helped ask any questions and the apartment was in good shape. I would recommend getting keys and other info done ahead of the move in date.

    Super great location right on the lake. Nice front desk staff and everything is kept tidy and clean. We live in a three bedroom two bathroom with a view of the lake which is amazing! Highly recommend
