March 5, 2026Moving from a different country did not feel any different, with the sense of familiarity and community around the Delta. On top of an elegantly designed apartment and a well-planned community, what sets the Delta apart are the people behind making this happen. I have met Kimm, Brian and John and the rest of the team - who have been very hands on, and personal with all your concern and needs, and ensure that everything is taken cared of. More than anything, it is a beautifully laid out ...apartment - with the person to live in it in mind, the descriptions are true to life and even better! It is furnished to provide our daily necessities ( with a few of personal welcome touches that was sweet and I truly appreciate ;) ). I feel very secured. It is a community of its own with access to everything you will need from regular coffee hang outs, groceries, a walkable park and fitness center. It was an obvious and the right choice to make the Delta my home - away from home.Property Manager Responded

The Delta …The Clark building
February 7, 2026My husband and I have lived at The Delta’s Clark building since October 2025. We love all the amenities offered by this beautiful development! My favorite feature in our building are the floor to ceiling windows in every room and sitting in our family room, with a cup of coffee (or a drink) watching the activities around us. I feel safe with all the security features that allow me to sit and enjoy that drink without worry. Having an elevator is a definite plus for us “old folks” I know that ...it takes a lot of work for the upkeep of such a development and I must say that Brian and John do a great job. European style
November 17, 2025The apartment has a European vibe and some upgraded finishes. High end appliances and a great Downton location, very close to Restaurants and Supermarkets. The Concierge and Maintenance staff are very professional and courteous. I had a minor water issue with the kitchen faucet and it was addressed and fixed with an hour on a weekend day. The tech savvy doors are easy to follow and the app is very helpful. Great experience!Property Manager Responded
