March 22, 2021The Delta Apartments are in a great country like setting but minutes from all the shopping, Griffiss Tech Park etc. Beautiful spacious apartments with a very nice fit and finish.Review from Apartments.com
New management not so great
February 23, 2021They are under new management and maintenance has gone downhill. Walks aren’t shoveled and plowing doesn’t show up til late morning/afternoon. Mailman can’t get to mailboxesProperty Manager Responded

Great place!
September 27, 2020I moved in a month ago and couldn't be happier. The units are gorgeous, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. The garages are so big you can easily fit 2 sedans inside. Best place in Rome, for sure.Review from Apartments.com
