Amazing Experience!
January 3, 2026My wife and I love it here, being in a gated community is great, they definitely go out of their way to keep things clean and orderly. If anything breaks which over the last 14 months has been VERY rare they immediately have it fixed! We love all the events they have planned throughout the year, the gym is very useful and has everything you need for full body workouts. Absolutely Amazing!
January 2, 2026I’ve lived at The Dempsey for 10 months now and it has been an amazing experience. I absolutely love it here. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is top tier. In all this time I’ve only submitted one maintenance request and that was just because I didn’t know how to use the garbage disposal not because anything was actually broken. If I could give 20 stars I would but unfortunately it doesn’t allow me to. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2026I truly can’t say enough good things about living here. From day one, this apartment has felt like home, the kind of place you look forward to coming back to at the end of the day. The space is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room to actually live, not just exist. Especially me being in a studio apartment but it’s set up as a 1 bedroom way more space than imagined. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, yet still convenient to everything you need. It’s quiet ...enough to relax, sleep well, and focus, but close enough to shops, food, and essentials that nothing ever feels out of reach. What really sets this place apart is how well it’s maintained. Any concerns are addressed quickly, and it’s clear that care and pride go into keeping the property in great condition. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely respected and at ease as a tenant—but this is one of them. If you’re looking for an apartment that feels welcoming, reliable, and worth every dollar, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2026It's a little pricey for a one bed one bath apartment, but a good price for all of the amenities and the fact that it's right in the heart of Madison and less than five minutes from the interstate. I've renewed my lease once already and don't see myself leaving the complex anytime soon.Review from Apartments.com

December 29, 2025I moved in here just two months ago and every experience since move in is just great. I’ve never seen a leasing office doing incredible job just like Dempsey.
