  • Amazing Experience!

    My wife and I love it here, being in a gated community is great, they definitely go out of their way to keep things clean and orderly. If anything breaks which over the last 14 months has been VERY rare they immediately have it fixed! We love all the events they have planned throughout the year, the gym is very useful and has everything you need for full body workouts. All in all our experience is a 10/10 and we are very happy that we chose The Dempsey to be our new home!

    These apartments are the most beautiful and cleanest place to live in. The managers there are truly the backbone of our community there. They go above and beyond for their tenants, truly making it an easy and enjoyable experience. They are always having events and include everyone. I would 100000% recommend anyone to live here!

  • Absolutely Amazing!

    I’ve lived at The Dempsey for 10 months now and it has been an amazing experience. I absolutely love it here. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is top tier. In all this time I’ve only submitted one maintenance request and that was just because I didn’t know how to use the garbage disposal not because anything was actually broken. If I could give 20 stars I would but unfortunately it doesn’t allow me to. Highly recommend!
