March 5, 2024I moved in during 2022 when the property was under renovation. The new renovations give you a new house feeling. Cedar Ridge has a ton of storage space which helps me with my dogs. They're pet friendly, have a handful of pet stations, along with plenty of large green spaces for my dogs to play. It's super close to campus, where they provide a shuttle for you if you don't want to drive. All utilities are included; besides electric & my electric bill is relatively cheap every month!! I also have an ...in-unit washer and dryer which is super convenient. If you tour here, you'll love it and want to stay. I enjoy having two floors to myself. Most complexes around town are one floor, and you have somebody above or below you.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2023Management has improved drastically from the past couple of years. They’re fast and attentive compared to the sometimes 2 weeks before I’d get a response after constantly emailing and calling. Maintenance issues have been easier to deal with. Avoid at all costs
April 18, 2022Management is terrible. Bad communication, sneaky about hidden fees in lease, changing lease rates. Water is poor quality. I use two filters because it is so bad. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors sneeze. Trash all over the back of the property. Poorly maintained. Winter plowing is terrible. Just avoid.Review from Apartments.com

February 27, 2020We've been living here since August 2019 and we've experienced nothing but horrible things. Walls are paper thin. Undergrads party almost every weekend (and drive drunk in the parking area). The water is always brown and metallic. Our bathroom ceiling has a leak and when we brought it to management's attention, they told us to just leave it. They spoke to us in a very condescending tone. Extremely terrible management
January 11, 2020The management companies totally messed up. I have 2 Year leaving experience. 3 or more management companies changed. Always charge much higher deposit than the contract and it won't change until you complain for a whole month. The first year we came here. My roommate lost two pair of Jordan shows and they finally find that the maintenance guy clean them away by accident and say sorry to us only! This may have nothing to do with the current management companies but it's what we have ...experienced The water used to keep yellow color for 2 years. They keep saying it's fine and have professional person to check it. Proved fine! But it's still yellow. August 4, 2019We had a very unpleasant move-in experience in August 2018. In a nutshell, the on-site person at the time was not expecting our arrival at all despite us signing the lease months prior to then. The apartment had not been cleaned, there was glass on the floor, keys weren't ready, etc. However, since the change in staff, we've been nothing but impressed by the current team's fast responses, open communications, and willingness to dialogue.
