It has been about 18 days since I moved in, and so far I have not had any negative experiences. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone has been kind, respectful, and very helpful. I love The District. It seems well managed, clean and safe. However I have had several flood/water-related emergencies which involved the same bathroom being torn out, dried out, (at my electrical expense of running heat fans for several days,) and then put back together. They did a good job, but it was an inconvenience.

Great complex, very safe, gated and secured parking, responsive security, great maintenance crew and cleaning staff! Two well kept swimming pools and workout gyms. Very clean and safe complex with great fwy access.
