        The district provides a safe living space with great amenities like 2 pools and 3 workout rooms plus 2 community rooms. The apts are modern the parking is secure, staff is friendly and catering plus they provide 24/7 on site security. The complex is located near a Costco, Albertsons, a Fraser Farms, Vine Ripe, Grossmont Shopping Mall, and a plethora of restaurants all in walking distance! Love it here!

        I came to this complex because of the surrounding environment and for the quiet. The building was constructed to eliminate noise from neighboring apartments. Also, the service from the main office is always available.

        Parking garage gate is broken freequently. Elevators are frequently down. It has been an inconvenience living at the district and for the rent to be that expensive it’s been an inconvenience. Multiple occasions maintenance or someone has come into my apartment without permission.

        have a team member who is not well known go through the application process start to finish, but this team member has to be really busy all the time. like they have a job that requires them to work 60-70 hours a week 6 days a week so sunday is their only day off and have to work monday though saturday 4am till 5pm. but will randomly be able to show up in person around 12pm to 2pm. getting a check from the bank is difficult and turning it in is also difficult given that constraint Have them ...

        The District is conveniently located in La Mesa within range of my kids school. It is gated and has all the necessary amenities and more for my needs. The units come with nice appliances, layout, and design for a decent price compared to other apartments in and outside of the area. Leasing staff are easily accessible via email and phone.
