The apts are modern the parking is secure, staff is friendly and catering plus they provide 24/7 on site security. The complex is located near a Costco, Albertsons, a Fraser Farms, Vine Ripe, Grossmont Shopping Mall, and a plethora of restaurants all in walking distance! Love it here!

It has been an inconvenience living at the district and for the rent to be that expensive it’s been an inconvenience. Multiple occasions maintenance or someone has come into my apartment without permission.
