December 25, 2025The district provides a safe living space with great amenities like 2 pools and 3 workout rooms plus 2 community rooms. The apts are modern the parking is secure, staff is friendly and catering plus they provide 24/7 on site security. May 12, 2025Parking garage gate is broken freequently. Elevators are frequently down. It has been an inconvenience living at the district and for the rent to be that expensive it’s been an inconvenience. March 17, 2025have a team member who is not well known go through the application process start to finish, but this team member has to be really busy all the time. like they have a job that requires them to work 60-70 hours a week 6 days a week so sunday is their only day off and have to work monday though saturday 4am till 5pm. but will randomly be able to show up in person around 12pm to 2pm. getting a check from the bank is difficult and turning it in is also difficult given that constraint Have them ...showup to the leasing offfice around 1pm to try to comeplete portions that need to be completed inperson.Property Manager Responded
