July 7, 2025Unfortunately, not the best experience moving in. Love the property but i signed my lease for 7/1 move in- upon signing they called and moved the date out to 7/5 due to maintenance prep. i didn't have an issue with this but after moving in, the disposal was (and still is) broken and a few other items were broken or needing to be replaced. I would think with the extra time they had, things would have been taken care of or they would have been diligent in making sure i wouldnt need a bunch of ...repairs the same day i moved in. They also misplaced my keys upon moving in which wasn't a big deal but had to wait at least 20-30 minutes for them to have maintenance cut new ones. Then i was supposed to get two mail keys and only got one, still waiting to get the second. Once i finally got into the unit, i was told there would be a cox modem but there wasn't, so i had to go drive up to cox to get the equipment. would have been a 5 star review if these things didn't happen.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 5, 2025This place is awesome! My roomate and I recently moved here, and we couldn’t be happier. The grounds are great, the facilities are great, and everything is super clean and nice. The staff is very professional on top of things. The leasing agents (Diana, Margarita, Ashley, and Dominique) were so helpful getting us all set up, and we really appreciated it.
