I want to give a huge shoutout to Mike and his team at The District at Tuttle.
Since new management took over, the difference has been noticeable right away. The property has already been cleaner, safer, and more community focused than it has felt in years. You can tell Mike and his team actually care about improving the place and making residents feel taken care of.
It has been a very welcome change, and I’m excited to see the property continue moving in the right direction.

I just moved in a few weeks ago after being on the waitlist for several months. This is a great place to live!! Max, Sara, Erin, Michael and Seth are all great!! They are so appreciated by me and the pups. After the rough time at my previous community, this place is a breath of fresh air. The dogs absolutely love all the green space! Some of the previous reviews the community was under different management - so definitely take note of that when considering where to live.

We have lived here for almost a year now and have absolutely loved it! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Maintenance is on top of it and always helpful! Community is clean - inside gym, leasing office and pool area. Location is also very close to shops, grocery store, etc!

My roommate and I recently moved into the District at Tuttle and have no complaints. We love our apartment (we are in the 3 bedroom) and could not beat the price when looking at similar setups within other communities. Great gym and other amenities. Colby was a huge help and very transparent when we were in the process of touring and eventually signing the lease. Would recommend.
