great place to live!
June 13, 2025I just moved in a few weeks ago after being on the waitlist for several months. This is a great place to live!! Max, Sara, Erin, Michael and Seth are all great!! They are so appreciated by me and the pups. After the rough time at my previous community, this place is a breath of fresh air. The dogs absolutely love all the green space! Great place to live
March 8, 2025Living at District at Tuttle has been a great experience so far. The apartments have all of the amenities you would expect and appreciate and the location is excellent. I personally value how close I am to easy highway access as it makes my commute very simple. The community spaces are clean and well-maintained and it is very comfortable. It is also a very pet friendly community which I appreciate. The community management team made the move in process very easy and they were by far the most ...responsive team I talked to out of the communities in the area. Great property with great staff
November 16, 2023My roommate and I recently moved into the District at Tuttle and have no complaints. We love our apartment (we are in the 3 bedroom) and could not beat the price when looking at similar setups within other communities. Great gym and other amenities. Great place to live
April 13, 2023I’ve lived here for 6 months now and it’s been great! The few maintenance requests I’ve put in have all been completed within 24 hours. The staff is super nice and they have good amenities - gym, pool, Starbucks coffee machine. There haven’t been any noise issues and it’s very close to a lot of food places and shopping which I like.
