I just moved in two weeks ago and I love living at The Ryan. The apartment is so spacious with spectacular views! The Staff is amazing and has been very helpful.

Living at District on Aoache has been a game-changer for my college experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk from campus and near several cafes and shops. The apartments are spacious with modern amenities, and having my own bedroom has been a huge plus for privacy. The common areas, like the study lounge and gym, are well-maintained and provide great spaces to unwind or get work done. Rent is reasonable for the area, and maintenance is prompt whenever issues arise. The social events ...
hosted by the management help build a sense of community, which is great for meeting new people. My only gripe would be the occasional noise from neighboring units, but it’s manageable. Overall, the District on Apache is a solid choice for students looking for a comfortable, convenient place to live.

Not too bad. The hallways consistently smelled like trash (at least the smell does not get into individual apartments). The AC in the weights section was not working properly for basically the entire summer.

The pool has been shut down four times in the one year that I have lived here. Other than that it has been a pretty good experience just wish we had access to the pool more.

Very nice place to live. Great people and great amenities. Really affordable price as well. The swimming pool was too good to be true, a lazy river in this heat is a blessing.

The apartments themselves are nice, but the management is the reason it is not 4 or 5 stars. They are usually slow to respond and don’t ensure that the hallways or parking garage are clean. The hallways oftentimes have spills that are left for weeks before being cleaned and the parking garage has many lights that have gone out or flicker.

My experience has been great. All of the neighbors are polite and considerate. No one is too loud and if there is a gathering, there are invited. The pool and lazy river is cool too.
