The location is ideal—just a short walk from campus and near several cafes and shops. The apartments are spacious with modern amenities, and having my own bedroom has been a huge plus for privacy. The common areas, like the study lounge and gym, are well-maintained and provide great spaces to unwind or get work done. Rent is reasonable for the area, and maintenance is prompt whenever issues arise. The social events ...hosted by the management help build a sense of community, which is great for meeting new people. My only gripe would be the occasional noise from neighboring units, but it’s manageable. Overall, the District on Apache is a solid choice for students looking for a comfortable, convenient place to live.Read More

They are usually slow to respond and don’t ensure that the hallways or parking garage are clean. The hallways oftentimes have spills that are left for weeks before being cleaned and the parking garage has many lights that have gone out or flicker.Property Manager Responded
