If you have an EV, prepare to shell out to charge it

There's only one single communal charging station that is supposed to be 5 hour maximum but it isn't enforced so some people park there for days on end. If you want to use one of the other dozen chargers in the garage, you can't unless you reserve one for $150/mo.

If I was a potential new tenant and this was my first time living here, I would avoid this place super fast. Hot water doesn’t last more than 15 minutes with sometimes getting lucky for a couple extra minutes, other tenants park in your parking spot with no real action, noise complaints aren’t taken seriously. You learn they favor other tenants over you wish makes living here that much more difficult. Run!

Overall very satisfied with the community. On a different note. I would like to see the roof of the pool house carpeted in the same material as the fenced off play area. It would be an improvement for those of us that see it everyday.
