Went to see an apartment
March 20, 2018The manager couldn't even bother to get up to show us the model. Nor did she stop in to see if we had any questions. She was so bad, rude an unprofessional. She wouldn't even rise to shake my hand hello or goodbye. The residents I talked to said that it was okay for the price and that they lived there for awhile. They said the manager was old, rude and nasty. Don't expect stuff to get fixed.Review from Apartments.com
Save Yourself The Hassle!
January 20, 2016DO NOT move here! I had a roof leak that was ruining my bedroom wall. I informed the office but it went 6 months without being fixed so I moved out. I followed up numerous times and they at one point tried to tell me it was fixed. It was absolutely not fixed and I took pictures of the soaked wall after they claimed it was "fixed". I had to take them to court to get my security deposit back. My friend also had to take them to court for a bed bug issue. August 24, 2015I have lived in this apartment for 8 months now. I love the location and it is always nicely manicured. Everything is included except electric which is nice and it is pet friendly. What sold us on these apartments were the nice size balconies which have just been redone in the spring. For the price and location I couldn't be happier, my only real complaint is that parts of our apartment are unlevel. Which for my perfectionist boyfriend drives him crazy but the buildings are 40 years old so it is ...somewhat expected. Other then that there is a pool which has no fee for residents which is hard to come by. All in all I have been happy living here and have had no problems.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Dorchester of Southampton apts
August 17, 2015My family and I moved into the Dorchester about three years ago and it has been a great experience. We live in a two bedroom spacious apartment. The complex is always so nice and quiet, and the grounds are kept immaculate. My children love to go outside to play and take walks and I always see neighbors walking there dogs. We spend our summers in the pool which is always kept very clean. Everyone employee of the Dorchester has been very accommodating and friendly.
