January 28, 2026I just moved in 12 days ago and so far I’m loving it here. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and I haven’t had my issues with my neighbors. I haven’t interacted with many residents yet but based off the few I have I would say everyone is pretty friendly which gives me comfort. December 18, 2025I greatly enjoy the security of the property and the gym. It is nice to know that I am close to post and in a safe community. The gym is also a wonderful amenity. Can’t wait to use the pools when it warms up.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2025My husband and I do for the most part living here. There's not many downsides in our opinion. The amenities are great, staff is friendly, the apartment itself is quite nice. After living here for just a few months now, I do have a list of things that could use some work / need a change. During the summer, the water heater closet in our first floor apartment flooded due to AC usage and damaged the carpet, doors, and doorframes in the area. When we asked about the damages, they simply said, ...they'll decide what to do later, I feel like we're going to be billed for it upon move out, and they're just prolonging the answer. The courtesy officer doesn't do much, we've called him on multiple occasions and never received word back from him. So you're pretty much on your own in figuring out a solution with problem neighbors. The office is always closed or not answering phone calls/emails. So good luck trying to ask questions about your lease or anything in general.Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2025This is an absolute gorgeous community full of veterans and military families. This gated community is truly it’s one little town with a particular charm that is unmatched from the gorgeous views on my balcony when drinking my coffee to all the friendly hellos to all the neighbors. Britney absolutely loves each and every tenant and is such a sweet human she actually cares and watches out for her tenants! The maintenance staff is also amazing!
