This gated community is truly it’s one little town with a particular charm that is unmatched from the gorgeous views on my balcony when drinking my coffee to all the friendly hellos to all the neighbors. December 2, 2025My experience at The Dorel Apartments has been positive so far. Although I have not lived here for long, the staff has consistently been kind, professional, and accommodating, which has made the transition smooth. The noise level is reasonable, being on the first floor near the basketball court and dog park naturally comes with some activity, but it works well for me as I do not prefer complete silence. I imagine residents on the second and third floors may have a different experience in that ...regard. November 19, 2025Brittney is such a sweet soul and made this experience great. I feel that the rent for this place is too high. A lot of things need to be updated like the washer & dryer, fridge, and stove! My apartment flooded twice so I wasn’t a really big fan of that! But overall it was cool!Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2025My husband and I moved in here and we love it. It gives us peace of mind knowing the complex is gated, there’s tons of family friendly amenities (the pool is absolutely gorgeous) and there’s always fun events being planned by management.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2025Living here has been a pleasant experience overall. The community feels safe and quiet, and the area is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and main roads. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and professional. Parking is generally available, and the grounds are kept clean and well-maintained.
