When the elevator wasn't working, staff was very prompt with communications. It took some days to repair one of the elevators but the other one was working, which is nice for the people like me who live in a 12th floor.

I’ve been at the Dorsey for two months and have loved it. The building is so well-managed. The managers are easy to contact and frequently on site, the property is clean and the amenities well-maintained, and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The building also hosts fun events for residents!

The Dorsey - views on the NW side of the building are amazing. The upkeep and maintenance of the building is good, all of that team has been really pleasant. The community members have all been really kind or just keep to themselves. I cannot hear my neighbors, the walls are super solid. I’ve only heard my upstairs neighbors when they’ve dropped something. Overall, quiet building and I am happy to be here.
