November 7, 2025Meeting Easton (my agent) for the first was like meeting the best friend I always wanted. She's one of the big reasons I applied. Her happy and bubbly energy just rubs off everywhere. The apartment is beautiful. I wanted the 2bd/2ba with den but walking up 3 flights of stairs was a no go. Lol. The community is very friendly and the property is given Boujee, lol. Seriously, its a very beautiful, well kept, quiet place to live. The only thing I don't care for is the football gave waking me up at ...8pm since I get up at 9pm for work, but I look at it as an alarm, so it's ok. I would choose this place 10x over for it's safety with being a gated community and what looks like a cop living in each building. Keep up the great work you guys.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2025Cosmeticly we love being a resident to Dorsey, though or specific unit has experienced issues. Example master rather faucet broke inside the wall, causing water to accumulate inside the wall, now showing signs on floor and baseboard of mold (reported to maintenance 2x). Our water heater was leaking (had a faulty pressure relief valve). And now the alarm issues as described. I understand new construction will have bugs that need to be worked out, so it is most likely part of a process that is ...building / property wide.Property Manager Responded

Tranquil, Peaceful luxury apartments in Villa Rica, Georgia.
August 13, 2025I have had some good experiences and some very bad experiences while searching for a new place to call home. I get it, we are all human! We have good and bad days, but a friendly smile, feeling welcomed and having some empathy can go a long way when someone is trying to find a new place called home. From my initial first point of contact to The Dorsey, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional friendly and warm the staff were to schedule me an appointment so that I could tour the ...property. On the day of my apartment tour, I was greeted by Ms. Easton, Ms. Lisa. Ms. Amelia, and Ms. Madison. All of the lovely ladies, made me feel very welcome by been attentive, answering my list of questions and providing me with apartments floor plans within my price point. The apartments are absolutely stunning and offer very high end quality finishes. It almost feels that you are staying in a luxury hotel or vacation property. The Clubhouse amenities are top notch. There is a pool table, many different seating options and tables. There is a beverage station as well as several different televisions and even a sofa and table to relax and unwind. There is also an outdoor grill space and seating areas by the pool. The gym is fully equipped and you wont need a membership as it really has almost everything you could need to get a good workout in. The Dorsey sets itself apart from other apartment complexes due to the quality of the apartments, the layout the grounds and amenities. If you are looking for a new place to call home, then I would recommend visiting The Dorsey yourself! Beautiful Community
June 19, 2025New, modern, and clean property. What I love the most is that the breezeways are inside and controlled by climate. Valet trash cans are also only out in the breezeways during pick up time. This makes the property look well maintained! The staff is what ties it all together. They are absolutely super sweet and never have an issue when you need help. Maintenance is amazing as well.
