  • The perfect place.

    The Drake is the perfect apartment complex. The best cable, the best internet, and pet friendly. No one else can compare. Maintenance is the greatest. Recently my upstairs neighbor's hot water heater expired, and maintenance was there within 20 minutes to vacuum up all the water from my apartment. Then management sent a contractor to shampoo my rugs. I have lived here for almost 7 years, and I would not live anywhere else. Not enough can be said about the kindness and promptness of the ...
    management team and the maintenance team. Building renovations and esthetics improved upon this year. Excellent. 5 stars.

  • Not what I expected

    I wouldn't advice anyone to move here unless you just have no where else to go. Yes, the rent is cheap and that is one of the reasons I am still here. Also because I am planning to close on a home soon and being here just makes sense for the time being. These are really old apartments! Disregard the plans you see on the site. All the apartments do not look like that. The water is constantly being turned off at random times of the day. At least once or twice a week! They don't do inspections which ...
    I thought was okay at first..but I truly wish they would because people constantly smoke Marijuana and whatever else in their apartment. They rarely spray for bugs and the 3 times someone did spray, it didn't help and I keep a very clean and tidy place. Again, I'm only here momentarily and if anyone decides to move here...make sure it's your only option.

    I’ve been here for little over 3 months now and I must say living here is very comfortable! There is no loud noise or commotions, the neighbors are very friendly and I am down the street from everything Bossier! Maintenance is very professional and there is rarely a wait time!
